Sauteed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
    * 2 tablespoons butter
    * 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
    * 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
    * 1 pound button mushrooms, sliced

DIRECTIONS
1. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms.
3. Saute for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
