Garlic-Herb Potatoes

Do not peel potatos but wash well
Cut potatos in  half lengthwise.
Cut halves into slices about 1″wide.
Place slices into a ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Sprinkle salt, fresh-pressed garlic and rosemary all over the potatoes.
 (Can use garlic powder if don’t have fresh garlic).
Pour olive oil or melted butter over potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake at 400ºF for about 45 minutes.
Potatoes are done when tender.
